OUTDOOR AIR QUALITY SENSOR MAP
We led an innovation project looking at data from over 1000 homes in West Dunbartonshire which have been instrumented to measure humidity, temperature and carbon dioxide (CO2) as these parameters can provide information about the susceptibility of a property to develop damp and mould problems. A network of solar powered outdoor air quality monitors was also installed to provide residents with information about when its best to ventilate their homes when outdoor air is cleanest. A short animated film was produced to communicate how residents can help reduce risks of damp and mould and improve indoor air. VIEW THE FILM USING THE LINK BELOW
